It was one of my more popular deviations for a while.
So I decided to re-draw it because I think I've learned a lot since then
She's facing a different way and wearing less accessories, but same idea- full moon, spiral water-bending, strange pose balanced on water...

Had to fix her foot because I made an anatomy mistake... that was embarrassing OTL
